Culture Creator

There are many things that go into developing a creative culture, from leadership style to a steady supply of sketchpads, from the way workload is organized to sharing a collective responsibility for creative output.

I believe in an environment that challenges people but also supports them, one that cherishes individuality but also expects collaboration, one that understands ego is a driver for performance but that it cannot get in the way of team play, one that is demanding but also forgiving, one that gives people the confidence to leave their comfort zones, to be non-conformists, to provoke thoughts. I believe the right culture can help people become a better version of themselves and that creativity requires constant fertilization, both on agency and client side.

Here's where I scribble down my beliefs and my experiences in developing working environments that empower creativity.
